Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator Profile - Noelle Lim



Noelle has completed the MBCT foundational teacher training (Step 1) at Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford, and refers to the UK Good Practice Guidelines in delivering programs.


The workplace mindfulness talk is based on Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), developed by the University of Oxford to help entrepreneurs and working professionals deal better with stress, anxiety and burnout.


She is currently a Producer/Presenter at BFM 89.9, and has worked at DBS Bank Singapore, OSK Investment Bank (RHB), Securities Commission, and Arthur Andersen & Co (EY).
