Joon Teoh

Joon Teoh is a Global Business Services (GBS) and Finance expert. As the CEO of AGOS Asia, Joon primarily provides strategic mentoring & coaching to senior leaders within the shared services industry. Joon is also a speaker for the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), CFO Forums and the annual AGOS Summit.

Joon holds a BSc Econs in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountant England & Wales) and Chartered Accountant of MIA (Malaysian Institute Of Accountants).

YeeLing Kan

Yee Ling has over 10 years of strong operational experience in Shared Services management, operations, technology implementation and support. Prior to her current role, she was the Head of Finance Operation Manager in AIA; leading the set up and implementation of AIA Finance Shared Services Hub for P2P, OTC & R2R.

Yee Ling is well sought after system trainner (SAP) and she is a super user for the system particularly within accounts payable and general accounting process. Yee Ling is also Lean Sigma, MSP and Prince 2 trained and holds a degree in Business Commerce majoring in Accountancy.

Azlinda Ab Kasim

Azlinda is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in GBS. Her career trajectory includes key leadership roles at top-tier GBS organizations such as Zimmer Biomet, GSK, WorleyParsons, driving accountability across Finance and ERP Transformation initiatives.

In her current capacity as APAC SSC Director at PageGroup, Azlinda is spearheading the establishment of the new entity in Kuala Lumpur which covers Global Transactional Finance, FP&A, Payroll, People & Culture, Business Technology & Marketing.
Azlinda is an active speaker, contributor, and facilitator in the GBS community and is well regarded as a Business Change Expert and People Leader in the industry.

Jason Crimson

Jason is a Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services leader with over 25 years of professional experience across global business services operations within accounting, finance, technology, FMCG, and mining sectors. He held senior leadership roles in MNCs such as PwC, IBM, Kimberly-Clark and BHP. Jason has hands-on experience in leading transformation and operations teams of up to 1500 employees globally, in over 40 countries spread across 6 continents.

He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Jason is a certified Change Management practitioner, Agile Project Management practitioner, and holds a Change Manager & Agile Project Manager (APMG) certification. He is also a certified coach and a HRD Corporation certified and accredited trainer. Jason is passionate about talent and leadership development and specializes in leadership capability development, organizational development, and personal effectiveness for GBS organizations.

Doug Stockton

Doug has extensive experience creating Hackett benchmark Upper Quartile Best in Class Finance Hub operations. Within UK, India, Malaysia and across APAC, including global leadership of regional hubs in Costa Rica and Poland, he has successfully launched and transformed finance operations, through to value add expansion, delivering strategically enabled Finance Hubs for Global Multinational Pharma & Medtech Companies.

He has delivered transformation projects, including SAP deployment, process, organisational, and culture change. He has worked with peers globally, in a complex matrix organisation, to implement a new global operating model and build high performing teams.
Doug is considered a Shared Services Pioneer amongst peers and colleagues in Global Business Services and actively engages in industry forums and networks.
